MANCHESTER SCIENCE PARK

The Manchester Science Park campus includes 10 buildings totalling 424,000 sq ft and has a heritage of more than 30 years as an established life sciences and tech cluster. Purchased in 2012, the campus has been undergoing a significant expansion and refurb, and a new ‘heart of the Park’ - the Bright Building, opened in 2018 and is where many of the shared facilities for the campus are located; the cafe, gym, large event space, and meeting rooms.

The City Council endorsed the updated Strategic Regeneration Framework for the campus in 2018 and includes the future expansions for Manchester Science Park in developing it to 1m sq ft.

Base is the next phase of this masterplan.
